REGISTRATION FOR ADMISSION TO VI-IX & XI

Admission to a particular class is subject to the availability of seat, academic assessment and past academic record.

ADMISSION TO CLASS VI-IX & XI (2024-25)

The duly filled Registration form along with a copy of the Birth Certificate and Report Card of the Class last attended may be mailed to school@somervilleinternational.in.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION

• Self attested copy of the birth certificate.
• Copy of previous report card (if applicable).

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION

• Address Proof
• AADHAR CARD COPY OF THE PARENTS AND THE STUDENT.
• Recent Medical Fitness certificate in original with a mention of blood group of the student.
• Five Passport size photographs of the student and four passport size photographs each of Father, Mother and/or Legal Guardian.
• Copy of the Immunization Card.
• Copy of the PAN card
• TC in original (if applicable)

ALL ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR VERIFICATION AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION.
